This experience is a deep dive into the Feminine Arts! We will drive into: Dynamic workshops, Tantra Yoga, mediation, detox spa, healthy farm to table meals & connection to the Peruvian culture. This experience is deeply transformational. This retreat is designed in preparation for an optional Ayahuasca journey held by trusted Peruvian elders near the end of the 10 days! If you choose to sit with the medicine or not it is a life changing experience!
Yoga Teacher Trainings + Reiki + Embodiment
Hosted in: Punta Banco Costa Rica
This month long training was held deep in the lush jungles of Cost Rica. Off the grid & remote it was the perfect detox from technology & reconnection to self. This training was both a 200hr YTT, Reiki certification training & an embodiment 101 course This fully immersive experience is a once & a lifetime journey.
